Section 136BA Sexual Offences Act 2003 used for first time in UK to close premises suspected of involvement in CSE

West Yorkshire Police in Bradford have used Section 136BA of the Sexual Offences Act 2003  to close premises suspected of involvement in CSE. This is the first time this legislation has been used in the UK. Find out more at:
